I’ll start with art. Not because it comes first in the alphabet but because it comes first to mind. This is my first painting, created on the kitchen island immediately after my first delivery from Cass Art. Done with a flourish it captured how I felt at the time.

It is titled Turbulent, which seemed rather apt at the time. I now see it as the subconscious and staccato formation of an ensō (円相).
